Shuki and Louisa are two friends who love Middle Eastern food. Shuki grew up in Israel with an Iraqi Mum who fed him loads of good, home cooked Middle Eastern food and Louisa grew up on a farm in the Mallee, where her family still grow hundreds of tonnes of grains and pulses.
Early in 2013, they decided to combine their backgrounds to create a range of Middle Eastern specialities based on Shuki’s Mum’s recipes and using Louisa’s Dad’s pulses and grains.
The results include creamy hummus, smoky babaganoush, fiery chilli sauce, unbeatable take home felalfe mix and selected other Middle Eastern classics. Our entire range is gluten free, vegan and contains no preservatives.
