Myrtleford Cultured Butter is made using the finest cream from upstanding citizens from Victoria’s High Country cow community. We lightly salt our butter using Lake Dimboola pink salt from Mt Zero, the salt is textured to give our butter a slight crunch that you see in European butters.
Our Buttermilk is unique, we are the only manufacturer of real pure buttermilk, it’s the liquid left over from churning, not a cultured skim milk that large companies make.
